Due to the Nature of Our Products:
For health and safety reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on our products. Each item is crafted with care, and we want to ensure the best experience for all our customers.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the products are shipped. If your cancellation request is received after the items have shipped, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable solution.
Quality Assurance
We are dedicated to delivering only the finest products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if an incorrect item is sent, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. These are the only valid reasons for requesting a refund, and we will be happy to assist you.
Refund Process
Refunds for damaged orders will be processed only after the damaged item has been returned to Sweet Mood. Once we receive and verify the item, the refund will be issued using the original form of payment. We strive to ensure this process is smooth and prompt.
Shipping and Handling
Your order will be shipped via UPS Standard, USPS Ground Advantage using their basic shipping method unless otherwise specified. Please allow us 2 days to prepare your order before it is shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, due to the shipping company’s schedule. If your order arrives late, please follow up with UPS and USPS directly, as we do not have control over shipping once the package leaves our facility.
For orders valued at $100 or more, Sweet Mood will provide shipping for free. Excluding USPS Express, UPS Express or UPS 2nd Day Air (Standard delivery only).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours containing your tracking number. This will allow you to easily track your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.
Responsibility for Delivery
Sweet Mood is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. We ask that you double check your information. For any delivery issues, please contact UPS, USPS directly have your tracking number available.
Returned Orders
If an order is returned to Sweet Mood due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, it will become the property of Sweet Mood. The purchaser will have 30 days from the date of return to contact us to arrange for reshipping. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for resending the order.
